GENERALLY
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of products and services on royalplatinum.se (the “Website”), which is provided by GoWWW AB, Ridspögatan 17, 213 77 Malmö, corporate registration number 559257-3710 (“GoWWW”, “we” or “our company”). The terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you as the customer and us as the seller. No changes to the terms and conditions are valid unless they are in writing and agreed to by both parties. By placing an order or receiving delivery of any of our products, you accept these terms and conditions. Only persons over the age of 18, residing in Sweden or Norway, may make purchases on the Website (“the customer”, “you”, “your”).

ORDER, PRICE AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the website are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. Any shipping costs are clearly stated before the order is completed. To place an order, please proceed to the checkout on the website. The order becomes binding when you have completed the payment step. An order confirmation will be sent to your provided email address shortly after your order has been registered. Unfortunately, once the order has been placed, we cannot change or cancel it.
We collaborate with Klarna (Klarna Bank AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, corporate registration number 556737-0431) for secure and smooth payments. At checkout you have the opportunity to choose between different payment options offered by Klarna. When paying, a credit check may be carried out by Klarna, which may require you to provide your personal identification number. Terms and conditions for each payment method are presented at checkout. DELIVERY
We only deliver to addresses in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Deliveries are handled by PostNord or DHL, and any shipping charges will be stated before you confirm your order. When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information. Normal delivery time is 3–5 working days within Sweden and 3–7 days to other countries. We guarantee delivery within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
If there are delays that are significant to you, you have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge. However, we are not responsible for delays that are beyond our control, unless this has been specifically agreed.
If there is visible damage to the package or product upon delivery, or if the contents do not match your order confirmation, please contact us via email as soon as possible. If the incorrect delivery is confirmed, we will send the correct product or refund the amount. Return shipping or new delivery costs are covered by us in such cases.
If an order is not picked up, it will be sent back to us. For this we charge a fee of SEK 150, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
When purchasing from royalplatinum.se you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. If your order consists of multiple deliveries, the cancellation period begins when the last part has been delivered. To exercise your right of cancellation, you can notify us in writing or return the product within the specified period.
If you would like to return a product, please complete our returns form which can be found on the website. We will then send you a QR code via email to facilitate the return process. A return shipping fee of SEK 60 will be deducted from your refund.
Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. For hygiene products, the seal must be intact for a full refund. If the seal is broken, a depreciation deduction may be made, up to 100% of the product's value, depending on the condition of the product.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the return or proof that the item has been shipped.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, you will need to return the existing product and place a new order.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
As a customer, you have the right to complain about products within three years from the date of purchase according to applicable consumer protection laws. In case of complaint, please contact our customer service and provide the order number and description of the problem. Depending on the situation, we can offer repair, replacement, refund or price reduction.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from the discovery of the defect. Complaints submitted within two months are always considered to have been made within a reasonable time. If the complaint is approved, we will send a return label and return form to be used when returning. We are responsible for the return shipping in these cases.

CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will apply to orders placed after the updated terms and conditions are published on the website.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the matter will be heard in accordance with Swedish law at the competent court. You can also contact the Swedish National Board of Complaints (ARN) via www.arn.se . We follow ARN's decisions.
